Sometimes it's hard to trust God's plan, especially when you're going through some rough patches. God says that he knows the plans he has for us and that they are good.
We have seen countless promises throughout the Bible that God has fulfilled, and God works the same way now as He did back then. Sometimes faith is just a leap, even when you can't fully see what's under your feet.
We just have to have the courage to leap into God's plans for us. Faith is a tricky thing to learn because most of the time, you don't get to learn it in advance, you just have to practice it.
God states clearly through Jeremiah that God wants to give us a “future and a hope”; we just have to trust him enough to let him work it out. It's hard at first, but when you let him take over, your life will change dramatically and unexpectedly, and you will start to see the fruit of the Spirit produced through you.
God never wants us to be discouraged by our circumstances, but he wants us to fully rely on Him because we know that God, as powerful as he is, is in our corner, fighting our battles, and working everything for good.
Prayer:
Lord, we thank you for all that you do for us and that you shape the path you have for us according to your will. Help us to trust you with all that we have, and instill courage and faith within us deeper than we've ever known before, because of all that we know of you. Lord, be with us throughout all the highs and the lows. Guide us and order our steps according to your will. In Jesus name we pray, Amen!
Verse:
For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
