Life has a way of draining us, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Whether it’s stress at work, conflict in relationships, or the heaviness of the world around us, we often push through on our own strength.
But Jesus offers something better, rest for our souls, a love, peace, and joy that will just super naturally surround you like nothing you have ever known.
He doesn’t say, Fix yourself first, Get stronger or change your life. He simply says, “Come to me". When we approach Him honestly and humbly, He gives peace and love the world can’t offer.
Rest in Him isn’t just physical. It's a spiritual renewal, emotional healing, and the confidence that He’s in control and that you are in His hands. You don’t have to carry it all. You were never meant to. Let Him hold you up today. Let Him give you rest and let Him just surround you and cover you in His love and peace.
Whatever you're facing today, you’re not alone. Take a breath, take it to God, and take one step forward, knowing His grace goes with you. He’s not asking for perfection, just surrender to Him and let Him wreck your life with His love!
Prayer:
Father God, When I’m tired, overwhelmed, or unsure of the next step, help me come to You first.
Teach me to lay my burdens down and trust that You are enough for every need I have today. Refresh my soul and renew my strength. Give me a complete feeling of your love, peace and Joy each day. In Jesus' name, Amen.
