Have you ever felt like you were in the middle of a storm. Trapped in chaos and everything around you seems to be going wrong. You have a hard time seeing God and his plan, it can almost feel like He isn't right there with you.
In times like these we need to be like the wind and waves. Be still and just sit in silence with the Lord.
We need to have faith and trust that God will rescue us at just the right time. Even when we don't see why we are struggling God can use any storm to produce a rainbow. He can turn any hardship into a blessing.
We need to work on being content in any situation. Whether we are facing a storm or in a calm valley. We need to trust God and have faith that he will keep us safe. Just like Jesus did in the boat. If we can learn to have that kind of faith we can have peace when others feel fear.
Prayer:
Lord help us to have a faith that would allow us to walk on water. Give us an unwavering trust in you. We know that you are good and an all powerful God. We know that we are safe in your hands. Help this to stay with us no matter the situation we face.
Help our faith to grow stronger in hardship not waver. We thank you for your love and your peace that surpasses all understanding. We love you and we trust that you are working all things for our good and your glory, in Jesus name we pray Amen.
