Daily Devotion 9-10-23

We should all rejoice in the Lord. We should be filled with joy when we think about his goodness and love. The Lord has done and does so much for us, But it's not only what he does for us that can fill us with Joy. The love he has for us and just being in his presence is enough. Everything he does for us is because of his love. If all we have is the Lord's love we are blessed beyond measure and we have everything we need.

Prayer:

Lord we just want to take a moment to praise and honor you for your goodness. We thank you for your love and your many blessings. Fill our hearts with joy and help us to always rejoice in your presence. Remove our fears, doubts, and feelings of overwhelm and replace them with joy, peace, and hope. We thank you that you supply our every need. Help all our faith and trust to rest in you, in Jesus name we pray Amen.

Verse:

Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice.
