Are you teachable?
How has the Lord been disciplining you lately? What areas of your life is God asking you to work on right now? Nobody likes to be wrong or be disciplined, but it is necessary so God can teach us to be righteous as he is. We live in a fallen world that will teach you its ways in any way it can. As Christians, we are set apart. We are called to be different. If we want to be more like God, we have to be teachable and allow God to discipline us.
Prayer:
Lord, we thank you that you are patient. We thank you that you don't give up on us and love us enough to teach us. Lord help us to be teachable. Help us to strive to honor you in all things. We want the world to know we are different and to see you and your heart in us, in Jesus name we pray, Amen.
 Scripture:
And have you forgotten the exhortation that addresses you as sons? “My son, do not regard lightly the discipline of the Lord, nor be weary when reproved by him. For the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and chastises every son whom he receives.”
Hebrews 12:5‭-‬6 ESV
