Overcome Evil with Good
This world is full of evil. Everywhere we look, there is evil in our schools, in our government, in our healthcare system, everywhere. We live in a time where the Devil is not quiet or hidden. He is loud and shows up anywhere we will let him. We have to stand up and speak God's truth. We can't be pushovers who just think oh well, someone else will deal with it. You were made for such a time as this. It is time we as Christian get louder than the evil of this world and show the world that our God is still alive and moving. Even today, even in the mess. He is calling his people to stand up and not let evil overcome but to overcome evil with his word.
Prayer:
Lord, we love you, we thank you for your goodness and mercy. We ask that you give us strength and courage, that you awaken a boldness within us to stand up for you and your word. Help us to shine your light so bright that it overcomes the darkness. Help us to be a voice for you but to do it in a way that honors you. Help us to speak your word and let people see you in us, in Jesus name we pray Amen.
