Life can be hard. We will face hard times and get our hearts broken. We will walk through seasons of sorrow. But the sadness won't win or overcome us. Even in the hardest times there is light at the end of the tunnel. That light is the Lord. He will heal our wounds and help us to find peace in all circumstances. Even when it seems impossible to heal, the Lord will help us through. He is walking along with us always. He knows our pain and what we are going through. He never abandons us, so trust that he will pull you through. Whatever wounds you have right now, go to the Lord and ask him to heal them. When we go to the Lord we need to be willing to let go of the power the pain has over us and give it to him. When we allow the Lord to heal us it doesn't mean the situation never happened it just means that it no longer holds power over us. Let God give you peace, strength, and heal your wounds. Healing takes time, but if we keep our trust in the Lord we will make it through.
Prayer:
Lord we lay our heavy burdens in your hands. We trust that you will heal our wounds. We are ready to let you take control over our life instead of trying to heal in our own strength. Give us peace and strength. Help us to see you through the heartache. Help us to fix our gaze on you and not let ourselves be discouraged by our pain but instead encouraged by your presence. We are fully relying on you Lord take control, in Jesus name we pray Amen.
