We need to glorify God. We need to strive to live a pure and righteous life. A life that honors God. We need to point people to God with our life and we can't do that if we live the same worldly life they do. We belong to God, we are his children. If we are going to follow God we have to be different. We have to allow him to transform us into a new creation. People that don't know God look at us as a representation of God. So we need to bring him Glory and honor with our life. We are not perfect, we will make mistakes. God still loves us no matter our mistakes, he doesn't ask us to be perfect. But we do have to try to live a righteousness life, no matter how impossible it seems to you. All things are possible with God and his strength. We can do good things and be a good example for God. We just have to be willing to surrender and let God work in our lives.
Prayer:
Lord help us to be more like you. Fill us with your love and give us the courage to share it with others. Guide us and teach us how to live a righteous life. Help us to honor you in all things and to be a light for you in Jesus name we pray Amen.

Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 ESV
